Madagaskar ist der größte Inselstaat Afrikas und die viertgrößte Insel der Welt. Obwohl das Land über eine außergewöhnlich artenreiche Flora und Fauna, reiche Ressourcen, fruchtbare Böden und großes Potenzial für erneuerbare Energien verfügt, haben jahrzehntelange wirtschaftliche Schwierigkeiten, Defizite in der Regierungsführung, weit verbreitete Korruption und Naturkatastrophen dazu geführt, dass Madagaskar heute zu den wirtschaftlich schwächsten Ländern der Welt gehört und mehr als drei Viertel der Bevölkerung in extremer Armut leben.

This project helps people live independently with a better income. We offer various training programs linked to government initiatives and financial institutions, which can lead to self-employment or help folks find the right job. We provide vocational training in areas like agribusiness, fashion, interior design, and driving, aiming to help participants land jobs in these fields.
Historically, trans people in India weren’t seen as immoral, but colonization brought discrimination and marginalization. Unfortunately, there’s still a stigma around being trans, and many end up having to support themselves through sex work or begging.
We offer a bunch of training programs tied to government initiatives and financial institutions that help you kickstart your own business or find the right job. You can get vocational training in cool fields like agribusiness, fashion, interior design, and driving, all aimed at helping you land a job in those areas.
