In 2016 we had the possibility to visit the project the ‘Ecological Agriculture School San Juan’, which is 150 km north of the capital Asunción in Paraguay. There we talked to the teacher and former student Otillia Ruíz Medina. This project is supported by the Lemonaid & ChariTea Foundation since 2011.
